Anyone heard any rumors regarding layoffs for non management internet services for the SW region?
The writing seems to be on the wall: manager layoffs, agent write ups for any little thing, changes to metrics, "trial teams" being tested to see if they can do our job, etc. opinions seem split among agents and managers as to whether this spells layoff soon or in the distant future.
