When is the retail slaughter happening? I know what’s happening just timeline is obviously fuzzy.

From what I hear pop up shops and delivery mobile one or other is contractors slowly getting rid of retail it seems
Pop up shops are only six months at best. If they do well, they make it permanent. I’m talking about existing retail. Reductions, handoffs and closures
