Don’t worry about AES. Last year it came around in cycles. Clubs didn’t

take it at the same time. Doesn’t

make a difference to the associates.

Yes we can give feedback, but there

really is no interest in acting on the information given. Everything is becoming online commerce. So I will go to work everyday and do my best as I love my job. But am preparing for when the axe falls.

Why keep talking about grass roots or aes? Absolutely no one cares. The HO will use it as a gauge to see if any particular club scores so low it could be on track to talk to or about union. They may send a rep or two in to talk to associates or mgrs. and see what’s wrong. Haha. Like it matters. If the union gets too close the bldg will be shut down. So take the survey or don’t it makes NO DIFFERENCE.

Also remember they have now changed the verbage to reflect supervisor not management bunch of wasted time makes no difference
