Don't know about other regions but Texas is redirecting work from prem techs to special services group The reason given that they need more work and prem techs weren't doing a good job the reality is the company is laying off more prem techs and need an excuse to cut more. I'm not a prem tech but as one looking in from the outside, the prem techs got a raw deal from the union and the company So glad I'm leaving the company for greener pastures

what specifically is being redirected to special services ? dont say bonded pair internet only installs... thats not because prem techs werent doing a good job, its because CSTs have so little work they are riding two to a truck in my area.
