Saw a group of people last month measuring the site and looking in and around all the buildings. Are they getting ready to put the site up for sale?

My understanding is they have been wanting to close down that shyt-hole for 20 years, but economically won't because of the environmental disaster - not unlike Phx Engines site
They are measuring property for Transportation Systems spin off. Trying to figure out how to have 2 separate companies in the same location. Honeywell trying to figure out how to get the most $$ they can from the deal. TS will be paying rent to stay in the building
Isn't Torrance a superfund site? It would be hard to sell, but not impossible.
Maybe they can sell of the business to India, then tear down the facility and drill for oil there, since that is the closest Honeywell facility to the original Signal Oil Co. drilling grounds, which were still in operation when I lived in SOCA.
Probably sending EVERYTHING over to India.
I don’t know but it makes sense. The site leader is hardly at work. She is probably looking for another job. If any of us took that much time off we would get the boot.
