Can’t wait. CMs are going to have a rude awakening when they get graded this year. I think the moral over all is lowered than ever and that’s saying a lot..

Go ahead and answer negatively on the anonymous survey. Ask some of the 63 clubs how that worked out. Bet they wish they would have answered less truthful now.

Oh how wrong you all are if you think managers don't know things. I pay attention before, during and after these yearly changes. Been around a long time, worked at different clubs and have seen tons of managers come and go. They may not have known which managers were getting the axe, but why would they? It was about them that time. But oh yes they know plenty. They have to play clueless because they will lose their job if they don't. I have been told things in the past, and kept my mouth shut too. There have been times where I've noticed changes on the wire or smart system, and asked what's going on. There they going pretending it's no big deal, then a few days later boom, positions gone. I saw my old GM in tears months ago. What was she crying about? I heard her telling another manager their store was going to get closed, and it did about 5 months later. The signs are out there guys. Keep your eyes and ears open and you'll see what I mean.

Ya They don't care about AES!! They went threw took all the questions that they get hammered on, like sh--ty pay, sh--ty benefits, etc. AES is a joke!!

Last time my Wmrt store had a bad score all they did was send in mgrs from the mkt to interview us. Nothing happened. Mgr simply had to have some listening sessions and post a plan on the bulletin boards. Total sham.

I have to agree not managers fault they were clueless like us! They did not know if they still had a job like the others. In our area they let go of mostly long term assistants and club managers.

I received an email from home office with a survey about why I left the company. Interesting question especially when they asked who my new employer is. Answered “none of your business “. If this is the route they are going it’s going to be very interesting.

You do know that the CM didn't make any of these changes. They had no clue about any of these changes that came down. Going on AES and bashing them is petty. If that's your plan, just quit. Why would you want to hurt the club, when no manger in that building made any choice. Grow up. Little a-- b!txh
