Question for 3WMD, was your severance calculated using your base pay at the end of 2017 plus the STI you received in Feb 2017? meaning if your base pay was 75000 and your STI was 8000 did they use 83,000 to calciulate your severance? Then you got your 2017 STI last friday?

Yes that STI was amazing, I survived 2 rounds of cuts... Started as a rep and became top 3 in my store. Too easy

I'm happy for you but remember, this is a LAYOFF forum and some folks probably don't need to know this since we get NO bonuses anymore. (I am thankful for all the years i did get a bonus.)
