Does anyone know, does your old boss ( the one which rif’d us) get input on the amount? That is does he/ she get to play with the total like they do when you are employed?

Sti was not included in severance. We receive sti tomorrow like everyone else

Prorated STI should have been included in your severance

Your an idiot. Its part of the signed agreement when we signed severance. If they dont give us a sti. Then legally they broke the agreement an we can take legal action

If you think you’re getting an STI, you should go to the Dr with your COBRA insurance
