It is getting to the point where people are just spouting off without having the facts. Why post your opinions when you have nothing to back it up with. Half the things that are said on this site have been "fear mongering". Things that have been stated have clearly driven some of my co-workers into deep depression. Stop posting unless you have the facts to back it up.
PTC here- you do not deserve a raise chances are you s--- at your job and are lucky you have not been fired yet
You either get 2% or a lump sum . Chances are if you got a lump sum last year , you will get one this year . Your CM will have meetings with each one and let them know next week
PTC here— the 2% raise will be on your March 8th paycheck. Managers are getting a 2-5% raise depending on their evaluation rating.
There is no 2-5%. It is 2% and it will be on your March 8th check.

We are getting a 2-5% raise this year it is based on your last yearly review. If you have not been hear for over a year you will just get the flat 2

Just ask your managers/ptc if they don’t know this by now then they should be fired
