Any word on surplus numbers or percentages in C&E Cundiff org? Did they get enough volunteers?

33K is before taxes....Offer another 25K in addition to SIP, and most retirement-ready folks will gladly walk.

Ok, I know c&e is construction engineering but what is exactly cundiff org? Is that the name of the director?
I'm in this organization, and I have not been asked if I wanted to volunteer. Is this only for management? If ATT would just give us old timers an incentive to want to leave, such as an added bonus in addition to SIP, a lot of us would! It would save a lot of jobs.
