Just heard that a big layoff, or in slimy randy speak, “surplus”, is coming in March. That’s all I know, don’t know what groups or geographical areas.

you people play to much!! This website is for serious heads up for layoffs. BUG OFF !
Again who cares about this surplus . The company doesn't care about you so just save up and leave.
Ok, I'll dumb this down for everyone. AT&T only sees success when new revenue streams are generated, i.e. DirecTV. They find the wireless industry is dead due to its 110% saturation rate. So, they only see successful dealers as who generate DTV sales. Wireless has no influence. Theoretically a store could sell 12 DTV's and 1 phone in a month and that store is successful. A store that sells 100 phones and 1 DTV is unsuccessful. The first store generated "$5,000" in profit and can't pay their bills but is successful in AT&T's eyes. The 2nd generated "$30,000", and is profitable. AT&T will deem the 2nd as a failure and try to close it. Spring is experiencing the second. On a HUGE scale. That's why they're closing stores and have a 78% turnover rate. For COR employees to keep their jobs they must create new "scams". One is to tell a customer someone's going out to check if their house qualifies for DTV when it's actually an install. Realistically DTV is not successful. But the fraudulent numbers COR generates makes you think it is. AR's are learning that's not real money and they can't pay the bills like that. Eventually COR will be dead and they're taking AR's down with them. So keep pumping up Spring and Prime, you'll learn soon enough.
I have it on good authority that AT&T is being bought out by joint venture of metroPCS and Boost Mobile. The new company will be renamed to Metro Boostin’ and will be led by Leland Tyler Wayne.
If you aren't planning your escape you better get on it
I heard robots will be replacing all employees by the end of the 3rd quarter. Be prepared for the sky to fall everyone!
Prime is “primed” to acquire tons of stores. It’s happening by end of Q2, along with retail business reps going bye bye.
I wish spring would open some stores here in Idaho just in case COR goes away.
Spring has sprung and fall has fell..Randy's in charge and he's crooked as hell.
I just heard something. I don't know what it was and I have no clue as to what it refers to. But it is HUGE!!! Turmoil is at bay here . There is a door that opened and then it shuts that's all that I know and I'm not sure which area the door was in.. It may have just been the fridge door shutting after my kid put an empty milk carton back in.
Where are you hearing Spring is having problems? Closing stores that can’t turn a profit is just good business and an unfortunate side affect of the at$t comp cuts. Every retailer is in the same boat Spring just has a lot more stores and the few closures that are happening look bigger compared to the smaller companies that might be closing just one or two of their 70+ doors.
Spring is closing stores. They're having a lot of problems.
Spring supposedly is pulling out of wanting to purchase stores.
What a vague post!!
I am not surprised it is not like the company has made it a big secret that he wanted to reduce head count this article and 2016 explained it all. http://fastnet.news/index.php/97-fnn/379-at-t-70-000
