2% starts on 2/17. We just had meetings about this. Your managers or PTC should have already had this discussion.

Omg I can’t believe some of the replies on this post. The 2% raise was put in place a few years ago and everyone signed a paper on it (only needed 1 signed per associate) sonthose that were hired in after also should have signed one as well. Meaning if the company was changing it, you’d all be given another paper to sign.

Everyone’s 2% raise started this pay period and You’ll see your new hr rate for the year next check.

This is all in the wire as well. So the reduction talk is false. The tiered structure ( while I do like that idea) is false. The start date of 2/17 is not for the 2% that’s actually the starting pay period of the $11 min pay.

I had 2 years worth of evals in the same day, given by someone who wasn't my manager during any of this time. Gave me solid performer on both... I've never gotten less than exceeds expectations in 24 years. When I questioned him, he said well evals don't really matter anymore, everyone gets the same raise. So should I lower my performance to the same level as everyone else? I just don't have it in me to do that. I was trained back in the day when you took ownership of your area and were rewarded for hard work, even if it was just a sincere thank you from your supervisor.

I guess our facility will suffer since our managers can’t spend time to do evals. Just one of many who are now 4 months past their anniversary date.

The 2/4/6. Is only for managers. 2% for associates but there is talk of bringing back performance based raises. Maybe next year.

2% across the board for everyone just like it has been for the last 2 years. Never seen a company try to push there good employees out, usually if you a good employee the company will try to keep you but those days are gone. No matter what you do or how hard you try we are still going to make your raise the same as the lazy ones who call in all the time and could care less about there job. This is what they company is telling you. Cant wait to get that quarter raise.

We were told it will be based on your eval as well. This way it makes it fair. If you are an under performer you will get the 2%. Others will be based on evals.

Where are you finding info they are going to a 2/4/6 structure. This isn’t true because it’s a good idea.

Well, we were informed in a Club meeting that this year's raise is merit-based. "Solid Performer" receives 2%, "Exceeds Expectations" receives 4%, and "Role Model" receives 6%. This will be given out in April.
