Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Severance

People keep saying “no severance” in April, why do people think a severance won’t be offered in the future?

Someone else started that rumor before the last round and this current round. It’s Humana policy to provide severance for laid off workers. If the policies change I’m sure there will be some kind of notification

Hourly/salary, it doesn't matter. PHCS and other roles are hourly and they get severance. This is a Humana policy and I'm sure they won't change it.

I too was wondering about that since we are now hourly. I didn't know if that made a difference.

What that person said. It will be no different if this happens in the future.

Because the sky is constantly falling for some. Severance is listed in Humana policy. They will continue to offer severance if there is another layoff. People love the drama
