There are no customers coming into the stores anymore... All I do is stand around and wait for the next customer. Sometimes this can take hours. Quota is not much better than last month which was the highest it's ever been in my 6 years of working with the company... The only customers we get are the ones that b--ch and complain. Maybe we should do some more ONLINE ONLY specials... I can see a major change coming soon... JUST SELL MORE HUM IS MY MANAGERS ANSWER.. Time to start looking for another job?

In the northeast we still get lots of people with unopened FedX boxes,I don't know my password s ," can you make my bill less"? I don't know my account pin for the bill payment machine (it's 2018), my iPhone battery is not working can you replace it for $20 dollars?, my pictures are not in the same places as my old phone, dial the IVR number for me , and setup my phone cause I don't want to go thru set up! Come join the party everyday.

I really don't know anyone who shops at dedicated cell phone stores.
They served a purpose when the business was growing i.e. when people who NEVER had a phone before we're getting one for the first time and signing up for service the first time.
Now corporate stores are just snake pits. Where if an unsuspecting victim walks in, they get slammed with pull throughs and overpriced accessories.
How many times can you screw people over before people learn better and go elsewhere?
Please explain to me the difference between buying a phone and accessories from a Verizon store vs buying the same phone and accessories from Target or Walmart for less and not getting harassed by someone who has a quota?
You have two choices: milk the gravy train for as long as possible it change careers. Smart people will learn new skills and change careers.

I'd have a,better chance getting phone lists from the courthouse and making calls than 5 star. Management thinks they are "keeping us productive". It would be more productive to start a c---fighting ring outside by the back door.

Well when its slow you need to be making pointless 5 star calls bugging people to buy iPads/hums. That’s how you make the sells aggressive cold calling and harassing of customers.
