Are they offering a EISP vs. Indirect conversion?
Depending on the indirect that is taking over, I don't recommend staying. AWireless/Victra is sh--. The commission structure is terrible and they are cutting our hours back to 32 a week. I'm on pace to make half what I did while I was at corporate.

Yea I’m in GLE02 as well in the worst store in the district. Don’t see my DM ever. No one cares. No customers. Poor morale. It’s a b---s--- experience!!! My commission is down over $1500 yoy. I have the same exact amount of devices on as last year so why am I getting paid f---ing less??????? I’m selling the same amount of devices. They f---ed up with commissions and it’s illegal!!!!!!
Btw in GLE or gLegends. Lol. Our director is horrible. Where is our old one at. Somewhere down South. I have never seen such an unprofessional environment. Wearing pajamas to work. Like seriously. Are we all 5.
In gle02 here. Glad to see the time has finally come. Let’s close all the extra stores. Hope some DMs lose their jobs. Especially mine. If your in gle05 you will know who that is.
