It firm trying to impress Randall with some cheap labor. Randall loves cheap Indian labor., of course, once there, they will work for even less to help in cutting the lazy workforce. They will show how the education level of India sets them above an American workers.

What do you think Randy is doing now? The exact same thing - getting rid of techs and hiring salaried employees at half the pay.

The Indian IT firm probably learned this practice from him, not the other way around.

By keeping entry level salaries low Indian IT companies are showing underpaid senior employees as overpaid and firing them and replacing them with freshers. The firings have been stalled lately as professional bodies exposed the profiteering practice with evidence.
