Management tells you one thing. PTC receives email stating something completely different. Who are you suppose to believe in this company?????? Waiting, waiting, waiting...................ridiculous!!!!!!!

You need to contact home office I believe. I was told by a manager that if the package wasnt received by december 1st you have to either call the manager or home office. And I know managers haven't been helpful lately on this because they really don't know anything about it.
