Yes photo is going away but not in every store. Most new clubs have no photo at all not even self serve systems. For the person that commented on appliances no the company sells them on dot com only, all stores are just getting displays to advertise the LG products which are normally installed on the furniture aisles...
Do the remodeled clubs have a marketing office.

Yes eventually. One club in our market already got the photo department changed to "business services". Has instant photo kiosks and that's it. Big screens to sign up for first data, 1800 accountant, health insurance, etc.
Old news. Only when your club goes through the Bentonville remodel. Associates in photo get relocated to other areas in the Club.
I was told by the GM that when clubs get their remodels, photo will be removed to make room for large items like refrigerators & ovens, etc...
