Who is getting hit by the surplus/firings?

Southeast nine state region surplus announced 12/15/17 for first quarter 2018. Deg techs will be surprised. Opt and St jobs are the only jobs available. I had to bump a ST to keep my job. Surplus number by outside title and et’s are as follows:

Is this affecting those at the CA Broadcast Center in Long Beach, which is pretty much a huge chunk of the entertainment DTV group?
