Etime what a joke just like T you guys seem to worry about the small stuff when you should look at the big picture people are losing there jobs cuz randall has no clue as to what hes doing you should be happy your still working cuz at some point you may be laid off like many others in T enjoy the money while you can cuz it might be there in the next couple of months

Must be nice to get Etime during the holiday season we’re getting none at the Dtv call center

I’m in acquisition and we have been getting tons of etime, at times nearly our entire office is gone by 4 vs 8 it’s scary.

It has to be company wide. In all of IEFS (Wire Techs and BSW crews) from as high as 3rd and 4th level have stated that as a policy we are no longer going to be offered e-time, even for inclement weather at the severity which would necessitate a work stoppage.

This almost seems like retaliation for demanding guaranteed 40 hours a week last union contract...

Well I like to take Etime if it ever gets offered again but I’ve heard a few rumors that our site director has blocked etime at the DIRECTV call center due to our save rate, can they really do that? Then I’ve heard that it’s coming from above for all DIRECTV,Mobility and Uverse Retention.

If they offer Etime, it its anyone's damn prerogative to take it! Who cares if in 38 years you didn't take etime. Times are different now then before. Goals are outrageious and the stress you go through is ridiculous. Hell yes I'm going to take Etime if it is offered!

E time tells the company layoffs are needed.

38 years I never took one minute of E time.

Our union rep has put a block on etime by filing a grievance to try and get it back to seniority based instead of a first come bases. Its been 4 months and no resolution. So we sit 5 minutes between calls while they force us to work overtime for no apparent reason.

Workforce management teams have different philosophies I guess. It's funny. When our group was retention, even when it was slow, they wouldn't offer it. Now that my group is part of sales organization, we have been getting e time offers every day for couple of weeks now.
