the stupidest f---ing thing I get in my inbox. Where did this training originate from? Who created it? Why do we need to do it? I’m in a management position doing important time consuming work and I don’t have time for this petty koolaid b---s---. I respect what you as craft do you have important jobs so no need to make snarky comments about management. Some of us do good and important work but there are those who are useless. This training is useless. I’m about to quit and find a company who doesn’t shove this tainted koolaid down my throat. Any of those left?

I just find it all so sad, that those who want to do right and can do good get *hit on...stop beating around the bush and fire all you want already there’s no more positive moral left.
Stay at your station and don’t complain, for if Randy thinks you are sick and can’t handle it you will be fired to save on future healthcare expense.
Well, we all went thru working long hours to keep up with the 2020 technical training, workload amidst threat of forced reductions but some of us still got surplused. FYI, if you are not ready to leave AT&T, keep your comments to yourself because there are others who will use this against you to save their job.
Lol...the world of att. Atts little webeX sdwan, security, cloud services and mobile platforms are like you teaching a child a high level review of the math tables and all platforms being provided by someone else with att branding them as thier own. Love the ENPS that is anonymous that your boss gets a copy of and you tell them the state of what it's really like and the execs use it for toilet paper. Yes...all classes are mandatory and 5 to 10 hours a week on top of your 50 to 60 means you don't have a life and then waiting on a 2nd reorg for the year and if you are on the list of surplused. Fun fun fun.
