When I worked at an AT&T call center before it was closed down in 2015, I was proud to be part of the company, as it was part of the community we serviced, along with the rest of the other states. Now another stateside call center closes, outsourcing jobs to 3rd party workers, who really don't care about the product, the customers, or the service they are providing.
I remember taking calls from retired AT&T employees, who would often say, "This is not the AT&T I used to know!" Now I see what they mean.
I've been gone a little over a year, and I could not be happier.

Couldn't agree with you more. It's revolting how callous, shallow and just plain sh1tty people are in a time like this.

Why does it seem like some of you seem happy people are losing their jobs? Are you all that bitter that you yourselves were laid off. Can't expect good luck rejoicing over someone's misery
$13.00 is generous for sitting all day.
