Does anyone know how to find out what the definition of an "occupational employee" means and/or what occupations thereof are included?

Occupational is an older term from legacy AT&T and Bell Companies. It's synonymous with "Bargained" on the wireless side. That notice is in reference to legacy/wireless contracts only and as such doesn't apply to Mobility.
