After the Holidays the non-technical employees will be considered for reductions.
Now that the entirety of VZ is publicly traded this will be a quarterly occurrence. Find a safe space or start a non-profit.

Next RIF will be mid February. Don't get too comfortable.
March/April will be the next one
November 2018. About 60 days before 12/31/2018 - they do it this way so you are off payroll on the last day of the year.
