Cary should have been trimmed years ago. They did well hiding all of those employees for so long and as a result the Tier2 ranks were decimated over time. The other wireline NOCs - GC, Taunton, and Pitt (well actually Pitt is a mess) did 10, and still do 10 times the work of Cary employee for employee.
I'd love to see another derecho roll through. Sorry, not sorry...
