Most EG groups had L2, L3, and L4 layoff calls this morning.
If you weren't on the calls, you likely still have a job.

Management at levels 3 and 4 is commoditized just as it is in the levels below. Level 5 and above is where things get interesting. Just remember, depending on your org, you can have as little as 6 or as many as 9 layers between individual contributor to CEO.

Mission- Not sure about the unionization announcement but there were still plenty of people that got their surplus notification at LABC on Thursday.

Did the la broadcast center unionization have anything to do with no L1 layoff announcement? The timing of CWA announcement made it suspect.

ha. i know one group with 4 L3's and they were told they'd hear during their regular 1;1 which don't start until after 3 pm. So they're sitting around watching a bloodbath and worrying. Tells you what their L4 is like.
