The other question is 10% of what? Total headcount? We should probably exclude union workers, offshore operations. It sounds like the Oath hit was less than 4%.
Posts here are not going to representative as we mainly hear from those orgs that were hit...
It was exactly 10% in almost all groups in IT
I think the numbers I have seen would indicate around 10% on average.
