Reducing consumer choices does not promote competition. It stifles technical progress and lets monopolies raise prices at will.

I agree, morons may think this creates more competition.

It gets better ... when Duh-rahim loses his very first case, he will lose whatever terms AT&T may have agreed to before his sorry a-- showed up. And to bring that back to the purpose of this board, then Trump will dump his a--.

Totally agree. Any moron knows that this merger would create MORE competition where NONE exists today - with Google - and AT&T has no incentive to keep content - which it would get paid for - from well over 50% of potential distribution. If a non-lawyer can figure that out, what does that say for how transparently stupid a lawsuit will look in front of a judge.

And none have agreed to join because the DoJ’s case stinks and they don’t want to be embarrassed when the DoJ loses its politically motivated case.
