Reducing consumer choices does not promote competition. It stifles technical progress and lets monopolies raise prices at will.

Totally agree. Any moron knows that this merger would create MORE competition where NONE exists today - with Google - and AT&T has no incentive to keep content - which it would get paid for - from well over 50% of potential distribution. If a non-lawyer can figure that out, what does that say for how transparently stupid a lawsuit will look in front of a judge.
And none have agreed to join because the DoJ’s case stinks and they don’t want to be embarrassed when the DoJ loses its politically motivated case.
