Anyone else attend the town hall where we got 50 shares of restricted stock. Last meeting the gave us a couple extra days of PTo. I sense some concern from the management team of top performing people leaving.

I remember at Wells Fargo that each employee was only given one pen, and they're so stupid that they supplied water, coffee, and tea but you had to bring your own cup, so they could save money. What brainless people they were better off turning off the water all together.

I agree mandatory reduction in employee bonuses will happen based on the new yearly employee performance program, in which employees get a pass or fail rating so that they can reduce bonuses, even if you were performing at level or higher.

I just got me revised budget for the year and my bonus pool has been significantly cut. Basically it looks like I will have half the bonus dollars of last year. I sure hope this isn't the case but it not looking good.

I wouldn't be surprised if they mandated that employees making over $70,000 be forced to take a 5% reduction in pay cuts. Or have their bonuses reduced for this current fiscal year which employees will receive in early 2018.

They were fudging their sales numbers to bump up their stock price, they weren't making profits unless they stole money and now customers want their money back, and lawyers want their share of the cut.

Don't give em any more E&E ideas!. We were just asked to bring our own office supplies. Next it will be BYOC - bring your own computer. I still don't understand how this once highly profitable company has gone gone from making such great returns to stooping so low as to cut everyone's pay.

Apparently the staffing agencies has no choice but to pass the cost cuts onto to the contract employees asking them to take a 3% pay cut. Why doesn't Wells as all employees to bring their own toilet paper and coffee and tea that'll bring costs down. Life is cheap but toilet paper is expensive.
