My AVP was cut. Our reorg notice says effective tomorrow we are moving under a new AVP.
Any updates on when these cuts will happen ? Will will org changes be implemented ?

Yep, cuts were at 3rd and 4th level. It's a pretty big cut. I have heard 50%. Don't know if that's accurate or not. Should be some org announcements coming out soon.
