We feel the same at our club also. no one cares about marketing we're left with no materials to do our job no communication so we just give up also. We will just do our job untill It's phased out, which won't be long

our manager told us membership lead was supposed to have been eliminated a while ago but something happened that they decided to prolong it!

Everyday I go to work and do my job . I have been in membership my whole life . No one checks on us . They don’t know if I’m out shopping all day or doing drives , No one ask about infield numbers . Sales pro is not updating . I only fin out things through chatter about promotions . Everyone is doing there own thing , it’s crazy , When I was hired 30 yrs ago - it was going to be my career , . I’m just so disappointed in what it has become . I pray for everyone , I pray we all find new opportunities and move on. Good luck everyone !! It’s been a pleasure !!

Exactly where is WMT losing money outside of certain parts of dot com? The 3 named segments are all profitable.

When you stop assuming the execs want the company to succeed long term, everything makes sense.

Have you not noticed execs everywhere pulling out multi-million dollar bonuses even when the company loses money? Do you think that's what management does when they want the company to prosper?

No, it's what they do when they know the ship is going to sink so they're looting it before it goes down.
