Any job at AT&T is a dead end, temporary job
If the center is leased, it might be gone at the end of the lease. They have leased centers that can close at the end of the lease. If the building is owned, it might be closed if they think they can sell it. Otherwise, they'll move work from leased centers into this facility.
Call center jobs are outsourced jobs. Dead end career.
