So I was part of the 10/16 surplus and my last day was 12/15. I and others in WA still have not received our last pay checks. I sure hope Randall and others have a great Christmas.

Most checks are bi-weekly, aren't they? So, if the pay period ends 12/22 then your check might not arrive until 12/29. Also, last checks are paper, so, if you're waiting for an EFT, don't hold your breath. Instead, check the mail.
They owe you an extra day of pay for every day your last check is late, up to 30 days I believe. The severance (not the same as last check) won't come until 4 weeks after your last day on payroll.
You won’t get it until mid February most likely. You may not even get there $1000 bonus. :/
