No sympathy solicited, the only lesson to make professional in USA to be aware and to to prevent the same culture being exported by Verizon India to Verizon US.(laws are tight in US but government here is looking the other way as companies blackmail using the unemployment factor.
Indians don't steal jobs other but companies who play the cost reduction/profiteering game do.
down here professional over 35 years are being laid off (without compensation)in large numbers to be replaced by younger and cheaper folk.
Time Pros across world connect and resist nasty practices other wise in the cost -profit game pros every where will be loser and profiteering companies the big winners
I trust the @OP does not expect ANY sympathy from on-shore VZ Wireline IT workers who were rif'd and replaced by VZ-IT India.
