It goes hand in hand. Stores are closing and RSCs are being laid off within your hiring circle in accordance to seniority.
RSC's are not getting getting layed off, but stores are closing.
Don’t you see how screwed up this reporting structure is? Do you have a level one reporting to level III, level two reporting to level five. In some cases little one reports a level to level two reports to level III level III reports to lvl five. This is just a temporary leadership structure until everything gets totally slaughtered in Q1
I am in a level 3 and my RSM reports to an ARSM. We do not have a DOS anymore. My ARSM reports to his VPGM now. I don’t think the stores rolling to a DOS has any meaning to what stores will close.
This is definitely not a troll post. The level three stores that report to directors and the stores of the future will be the only ones left. Spring and Prime will run everything else.
