AT&T is trying to compete in Silicon Valley it’s Time they start offering their employees the benefits that other tech companies enjoy.
The problem with T is that they get rid of their qualified workers and they end up going to our competitors. Not smart! If T wants to continue to be competitive we need to recognize and retain those who make positive impacts on the business and get rid of those who don’t.
Technology is always going to displace workers. If you’ve invested time and money in to reskilling yourself for the future T should recognize that and retain you. But we know this doesn’t happen.
The problem is management changes too much to worry about building relationships. In my last position I built valuable relationships to the business then I was part of a reorganization and no longer have those relationships.
I could go on and on about what’s broken in this company but the company is the titanic. It’s headed toward an iceberg and if Randy remains our captain we’re doomed.
