Yes outsourced to countries where customers can’t even understand what the representative is saying. You may think these jobs were low skilled. But It’s hard to be on the front lines speaking with customers on a daily basis. Its very difficult to listen to unhappy customers on almost every call. Customers that were lied to by sales people about what they would or wouldn’t be billed. Or when the customers been transferred 5 times and you still can’t help them. Or when customer has been told several times would receive a credit but you see no credit. So I understand why there were so many employees abusing Fmla. Because working in a call center isn’t an easy job! Then add all the other things At&t expects of their employees. Dealing with customers at At&t is not a low skill job! Thank you!

Call center jobs are low skill. Please take this opportunity to find something better. Eventually all those kind of jobs will be outsourced to low wage countries or handled by artificial intelligence.

To be honest. I hate to say it. This has been long over due. Too many Fmla abusers in this shop. Should have happened when they were in Ft. Worth. The company spent all this money to move them to Dallas to only shut them down a year later..smh

Dallas is a better job market. You should be able to find a comparable call center job if that’s what you want.
