Some people CANNOT read!!! It is 275 NOT 550------

The document is broken into several documents. The first is a collaboration of ALL states affected in the South East (which gives a total of 275).

Then----- Each state is listed out. And (IF you can READ and COUNT) >>> The first part give a total of 275 ---- then you dipwads are counting individual states AGAIN and adding 275 to 275 for a FALSE total of 550.
