Indiana alone has announced and informed 42 Premises Technicians as of 12-15-2017. Their off payroll date Ian expected to be Jan 19. Carmel Indiana has 6 Techs surplused, not necessarily by seniority. They are using a formula of QUALITY EFFICIENCY ATTENDANCE AND SENIORITY.

as of january 1 we get our two weeks of vacation, we have been told that our 7 personal days cant be paid out so should be taken, the two weeks of vacation hasnt been earned so we will be paid for 7 pay hours for our two weeks of vacation

7.03 Force Adjustment Whenever force conditions as determined by the Company are considered to warrant a surplus and the possible layoff of employees, the Company shall notify the Union in writing, prior to notifying the affected employees. Employees will be laid off in a process to be determined by the Company based on the needs of the business and all business needs being equal, such adjustments shall occur in inverse order of seniority. The surplus employees designated for layoff will be notified a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the layoff date, unless otherwise provided by law.
