How is the organization going to look after the next round of cuts?
How are they making the decisions on who stays and goes?

Union employee's will be layoff via seniority.
Curious though how part time vs full time will be handled, there really isn't any verbiage on that. They could essentially just layoff all full-timers if they wanted.
