Most companies will accelerate lay offs before Thanksgiving and Christmas so I'm expecting some Wells Fargo team members especially on the corporate side will have bitter holidays.
If the OCC, FDIC, and Congress are allowing WF to continue with a minimum of punishment would it mean the company doesn't need to do layoffs anymore?

The 50 that were let go were the merchant service sales people that were screwing over small business customers with excessive fees and charges so they could get a bigger bonus. Surprised it was only 50 as there are many more endoulging in the practice.
Why layoff just 50 in small business merchant services why not shutdown the entire division? If one person is bad then all persons in that division are bad.
