I was surplused in one of the many waves last year. I did not take note of all the training certifications and I should have as they play a huge role in applying for new jobs. Can someone please provide the training certifications provided in the leading with distinctions and required courses that as a manager you had to take yearly. Names of courses, anything. HR One stop does not keep track of any training for certifications received.
If you are laid off, start taking some of the free courses and keep your certs. They do count. There is hope and there are jobs out that there that will appreciate you. Best of luck to all of you and thanks in advance for any help you provide.
