As man of you know, the company has provided a final offer to their employees. The offer only high lighted bonus and pay up grades. Some member have asked for the Union to release the contract for members to view and have further discussion on whether it is valid to vote. Union leadership has said no. When we have paid as much to the Union Leadership we have the right to decide what is fair and what is not. Remember when it comes time to vote for new leadership, ya never know if you will lose your seat for the lack of leadership you have so far thus shown. Remember after December 15th, you will lose a chance of getting any sort of bonus or back pay. Just saying.

The union is screwing call center employees. They are looking out for retail more than anything. Don’t realize they are screwing us by wanting more. Where else is a call center rep going to make 24 bucks an hour. Thanks to the union, they are already working on a plan to get rid of all call center reps on orange contract. The union only helps the piece of crap employees who don’t do their job or don’t come to work. What do they do for us reps who are always here and perform. Nothing b/c the sh-- reps make just as much as us. We need to get rid of this sh-- CWA
The “final offer” was never given to the bargaining committee, they can’t release something they don’t have. Also, the company has refused to show us their full proposal. I want to know about the scheduling, ewp, exchange time, and store closings. None of which were addressed in the highlights given.
The union is a joke. You were sold out before the negotiations began and you will never get the truth from any of them

You still think the union will protect you? They sold out the Southwest with regressive JOG ( job offer guarantee) in the new contract. The most important part of the contract as far as job security, epic FAIL. They gave the company the mechanism to accelerate job losses. CWA is a joke.
