In one situation our L2 and L3 managers with direct reports are impacted, apparently L2 Individual Contributors are not. Interest in leaving surveys came out with responses due 10-02-17. Volunteers accepted to be off payroll 11-06-17.
Non-Volunteers surplused notified 10-16-17 and off payroll 12-15-17. No idea about numbers or percentages.
I heard from a reliable source that the Small Business team (CSEs and maybe their managers) received a notice very similar to this yesterday (conference call followed by email) announcing job cuts in their group. I don't know percentages or number affected, but this seems to be very true for the Business team, at least the folks that support retail.
