How productive is a company when employees spend 25% of their time (1/4 of the year - October to December) running scared and worried about their jobs?

Best way to live at AT&T is to not give a f--- and just do what you know you should do. All the other b---s--- fluff goes away after a couple of weeks
Scared employees get pushed around by their bosses. They do whatever it takes, get burned out and loose their jobs anyway.
