You don't get fired based on numbers (they claim) but look at your behaviours. They can fire you for not mentioning the customers name 3 times for instance, or for not giving them your business card or not opening the door for the customer. Its very simple, they don't like you they will find a way to fire you. In the end, all my co workers and managers that i started with all got fired or quit before they got fired. Stop drinking the Kool Aid people, At&t doesn't care about you or anybody.
