Time to bring Director, and above, total compensation in line with front line employees.
If cost savings measures are important enough to totally reduce an employees means of providing for their family, i.e. Fired, it would seem the logical first step to reduce compensation by 25% from the top first.
Unfortunately, we are all now working for a cut-throat capitalist executive team that has drastically moved away from "people first".
