How is October looking? My store quota is 40 more devices then Sept quota. Per rep

Quota is a joke. If I didn't close a business deal I'd be struggling. October is usually a great month. Everyone getting their iPhones. Instead we'll have a pre-order on the last couple days of the month but Apple expects preorders to ship later first quarter next year within an hour of preorders going live. All the X will not hit your quota until next year unless they use your mylink and the 50/50 chance you actually get credit for it.
Rule number one, never have to use commission or overtime to meet your financial obligations! You can't always count on them being there.
Same as last month basically, what a joke. They talk about asking us to stay later and be a team player and selling HUM to every customer, trying to motivate us with contests and coach talk, and meanwhile I’m not sure how I’m going to pay rent in December.
What do you expect from a poorly managed company with visions barely into next week...let alone next month or year?. Start looking now, October 31 is right around the corner, then Jan 1, 2018 will be interesting target dates for employees..
It is high because of new prepaid family plans. Every plan u convert to family gives u a new tick
October has always been one of the slowest months at VZW, I hope your store management has a plan. Our store plan is to slam(sell) more hums.

160% of what it was last year. Last months was 150% higher and 147% in July. See a trend folks?
Exact same quota as last month. No iPhone launch either. I’m sure November will be murder with iPhone X in the mix. I hate Verizon so much.

The quota for our store is the exact as last months quota. Funny thing is they are now looking to adjust last months quota as it was "off/high". So let me get this straight....last months quota was wrong and no stores hit, now let's make October's exactly like September lol. #setupforfailureagain
