Heard vzw is giving quota relief most likely 3% like they usually do. They had a call today and talking about it.

Making less money is one thing. Writing people up for not hitting these purposely insane quotas is another.
They jack quota up so you make less money and now that so many are complaining they drop it a little and they come off as heroes and everyone’s happy.
Why not make quota achievable in the first place. Don’t look at them as heroes or helping yOu. Maybe spend less time thinking of ways to f--- over the frontline they help them from the start

MANAGMENT CALL THIS MORNING THEY SAID THEIR WOULD BE QUOTA RELIEF.
And as for relief when it happens in our area it has always been 3 percent. Only time we had more relief was last year during strike they gave 10 percent.
You are not going to get any quota relief. They want you to quit. Wake up
I’ve been in south central market retail for years as an SS. At my level it usually runs about 15-18%. It maybe be a smaller amount up higher which has a bigger impact further down the chain. I’m looking for 20% or better. You’ve got A level smart stores trending 65%. So no way it’s below 15%
My manager doesnt know. He is saying 5 to 10 percent which i thinks is impossible 3 percent at most which is nothing.
